To lead a change initiative transitioning from an internal Wiki based training curriculum to a blended learning platform, called Moodle.
I connected with senior leaders to create buy-in focusing on how blended learning is more in line with how younger staff members learn. I developed a Prezi presentation to coach trainers on how to use Moodle in multiple large group settings. I also engaged in one-on-one coaching sessions for both trainers and trainees during the transition.
In moving Cru’s New Staff Curriculum to Moodle, it was important to address some culture issues. It was critical to understand that my audience is more comfortable with pen and paper and notebooks so I enabled these leaders to leverage technology to better train a tech-savvy generation.
