To provide staff the necessary tools for shepherding and caring for a team.
I crafted a two-day seminar curriculum based on The Five Dysfunctions of a Team by Patrick Lencioni. Over the two-days, I facilitated multiple team building exercises. Exercises included cultivating trust through learning more about one another, a norming discussion addressing communication and engagement expectations, as well as a development time highlighting a strength and weakness of each team member. I also distilled my content down to a one-hour webinar with Q & A highlighting core principles for team development for senior Cru staff members.
After the two-day seminar, team members have expressed to me a feeling of greater connection as teammates and more connection to their work. After the webinar, leaders were equipped with tools to build trust, master conflict, achieve commitment, embrace accountability, and focus on results in a team environment.
